That's a very good explanation. Not many (if any), will be able to disagree that Nuheara is over priced at the moment.

I would say there are probably a few remaining fence sitters who are awaiting quantifiable metrics and definite confirmation on value from the HP deal before buying in. I don't think any shareholder can fault this fence sitting as Nuheara could have, and should have been a lot more clearer on previous announcements such as the NHS announcement which have caused this approach.
