With the latest ann regarding use of the IQBoosts showing promise as as an Autism accessory...it seems easy to see how well our device might assist the millions of affected children who grow into uncertain adulthood.

It's clear from the literature that those suffering from Autism are not curable BUT in many cases manageabily is key through life's cycle. Seems it is lifelong condition and key treatment outcomes focus on early intervention. i've previously posted my reservations regarding intrusive treatments and my disdain for the pharmaceutical industry (except when they actually get it right) as profiteers.

Given that our smart technology is NON-intrusive and fundamentally a conduit between sound and our idividual ability (with all the connotations that entails) to process sound wether it be in the context of hearing loss and associated disabilities and now the commencement recognition that our tech is an assistive device in modulating auditory sensitivities for those afflicted with Autism (in it's various forms)...well....if you can give me bigger potential markets than these in the tech space I'd be pleased to hear of them.

A lot of posters have been critical of the Co not going with the IQLives as a cash cow....I get it and would love it if we had funds and resources of the big boys...but we don't. What I do like is that we have the ability to produce them (even though we havn't released the IQMax as yet ...in other words it's I'd think fairly indisputable that once the IQMax is released that we have the ability to manufacture the IQLive or any variation to it that we care to...but surely by now...many are thinking...well hey...they changed direction wrt to targeting health sector as opposed to leisure/sport market...is it not clear that by specialising in the health space and given the flexibility of our tech and it's tailorability that JM and DC (who have all the pieces and experience in place) are driving us clearly into the the broadening health markets? In fact would it be too far to say that we are morphing into a bio-tech?

We aren't dealing with mere dumb PSAP's here. Their very limitations strip them of anything close to the flexibility of our products. This is another space altogether here. A key term NUH have stated is "situational" usage. I take this to mean that the hardware is adaptable to whatever situation you care to integrate with readily upgradeable software applications of whatever description.

It seems only a blink of the eye from the Co's initial highlighting of hearing impairment and now a non-intrusive instrument to assist those with Autism. Means so many other professions are going to pay attention beyond the hearing loss space. It's another breakthrough for our disruptive tech. Two for one with more to come IMO.

The alarm bells are ringing from all spheres of the medical fraternity regarding Autism it would seem on even the mearest of internet searches. Massive multi-disciplinary research being conducted and yet the space seems so lacking in terms of high tech instrumentation that as a massive bonus provides such massive multifunctionality. I think this coinsides with issues raised by KRBE re acclimatisation for those suffering hearing loss in many ways. The ability of our products to stream instructional information combined with tailoring of individual sound profiles and surely the best of ambiant sound isolation both active and inactive (due to the in ear seal configuration). Then throw in our "Focus" feature. No wonder JM commented that as you travel the path things arise that cause you to chnge perspective you never previously anticipated. Mind you they picked up on the Autism angle fairly early in the piece and we're now seeing the unfolding of that aspect of their vision.

I congratulate them on their foresight and tenacity. This is going to touch a lot of lives for the better it appears.
