If you Google klipsch patent infringement it seems Klipsch are serial litigators over the tiniest of claim. In this case they are saying Nuheara's removable ear tips have infringed their patent. I've owned dozens of pairs of wired and wireless buds over the years from various brands (including Klipsch) and the tips are all very similar, so not sure why Klipsch would single out Nuheara.
