Based on MY numbers and lots of assumptions, thenIRR = 271% with a payback of 11months 2 weeks.Is for 10 year mine life (the extended scoping study), with the fines further processing included (justified on ESG grounds not financial) which is the first (?) part of Stage 2, and spod price of $5k/t averaged over the 10 year life ($5.25k Year 1 and $4.75k Year 10), and no resource upgrade and LOM extension. Heaps of other assumptions, which am happy to detail if needed.IMHO.
