Dont mean to be sarcastic but many things including plans look great on a computer screen before they are built or acted on. .Unless Albanese funds it then it will be another one of Palastacia,s pipe dreams as in this point of time she has the olympics to build and unfortunately I feel the plans will remain on the computer screen for a long time
