Does anyone have the numbers on what percentage CXOs estimated resource size has been promised in offtake agreements? How much remains to be assayed. And what binding agreements if any are in place? I'm trying to work out how their market cap relates to their assayed resource size and future spot prices. At the moment it looks like it could be overvalued based on the current NPV however it doesn't factor in CXOs substantial advantages in govt approval streamlining, distance to labour source and transport advantages.
