So just to be perfectly clear here Dr Monoply believes that any talk of stock manipulation by the big end of town is just "conspiracy theories."
He is adamant therefore that stocks are permitted to trade on their merits .
This is not a criticism of him in anyway whatsoever as every one is entitled to their point of view .
