No it would not, and if you really want to talk about toxic well then lets talk about petrol and I ask you how long would it take you to die if you started your petrol car , put your lips around the exhaust and breathed in and out .I would say 30 seconds would do it, now if you did the same with an EV but wait oh that's right ,they don't have exhaust pipes now do they, in fact if you could get your head into the battery compartment while a EV is running well, you could stay there all bloody day with no adverse effect now couldn't you.
