' Becoming substantial holder'
Read the report again, they were buyers in Feb and March. They lent their shares out to a number short sellers including GS, CS, BOA, MQG, BOMontreal, JP morgan, Barclays, they have been buying and are now substantial holder at 5.51%. One of the biggest borrower last week was GS. These guys have been accumulating while others were selling.
The EV revolution is just starting and these guys are taking their positions.
