That great news for Oz own lithium stocks.
I have looked into this Salton Sea geothermal brine process and it is a viable technology.
They just need time to implement the technology into their current geothermal electricity process.
If i can record properly - if this process is implemented - US can 100% supply their own lithium demand needs and have left overs for export.
As such, any lithium stocks that cannot start production by 2024 is a risk of getting lower price for their lithium once the US implement geothermal brine process for their lithium.
I hope the silly policy makers in US can delay the Salton Sea geothermal process as long as possible for junior lithium miners to get going like LTR and LKE.
