As I recall, we are now under two months away from the timeframe within which agreement can be reached with Tesla to make our deal binding. While on one view we may not need Tesla, there may well be some LT benefits to completing thst deal and I doubt the market would love it if we don't get it accross the line. Hopefully the lawyers are working hard
