I see a lot of speculation and second guessing on here. Just a quick reminder. The average bear market is 14 months. The average bull market is 9 years. No matter how you look at it we are living in unprecedented times. Because of this I switched my strategy to buying incrementally more stocks of my top picks which include CXO to peak at the 7 month mark of the downturn and taper off to the 14 month mark. I am also currently preparing another property to sell in order to get a bit more dry powder after tax time bleeds me. Honestly you don’t need to micro strategise these types of things. Just do your due diligence and diversify a little.
