Welcome to the club! Adding to Barney's well-informed reply, SPPs are announced to the market, usually preceded by a trading halt for a couple of days. The instructions to participate are part of the announcement, and also often emailed directly to SH. You then usually have about a month to make a decision and send in your cash via BPay.
it's unlikely that we will see a CXO SPP any time soon They are fully funded to phase 1 preduction, and further expansion could then be funded from the cash that will be rolling in. If a hydroxide plant happens, Tesla and/or the Government may be coming to that party.
