i think also it would be good to see where the chips land on the us anti inflation regs and the eu cross border carbon regs. they both look back into supply chains - the us regs, is processing located in a friendly country and the europeans what are the emissions in processing. when they get going those regs have to shake up location and generally carbonate and hydroxide processing and i think it would be good to see where it ends up before making a decision.
