of course they were. insider trading. only way to beat them is to hold and stay long. you simply cannot beat large professional traders who probably are probably tapped into every board room in asx and hahe the network to know the minute a Ceo sniffs around for an underwriter. but you can make a lot of money by sticking to your strategy.
