    I too hold both, CXO & LTR, and believe in short term one is going cash flow postive (big time) and the other into debt. Company balance sheets going in different directions, one up and other down, in a market (macro) where could say 'cash is king'.
    Would you classify the general property market (housing) as a 'buyers market' or a 'sellers market' with rising interest rates?
    Have no problems with rebalancing, etc.., but where the cash generator (spod prices) is at, or near peak, and some forecast a downturn in short to medium term, I would like to be riding on the crest of the wave and not to be paddling for it.
