there better not be a price ceiling in the new deal. ill flip a table and lobby for the board to be spilled. that would be gross mismanagement. we dont even need tesla. they can buy at spot under auction like the rest. we dont need offtakes as we dont need banks because we can pay for a hydroxy plant outright in cash after 12 months.
all this offtakes rubbish is the akin to gold hedging for a gold producer.
