    Haven't posted here before, but a long term holder.
    This is the legal machinery allowing SH to have a say in any T/O offer. It doesn't mean it's in play, but a 3 year renewal of the provision is required from the AGM to keep the provision alive thru 2025. Nicely hidden in the explanatory notes for those who don't go to the AGM voting detail.
    Just my view.
