Personally if the BOD signs an OT with anyone including Tesla that sells discounted products should be fired this close to production!
Fighting talk but there is much more to these deals than meets the eye, when conversion plants come into the mix , which is what any Tesla deal is about, we're talking about requiring hundreds of million dollars and considerable risk.
All longterm contracts will be based around benchmark prices not spot and I'm sure there will be some sold at auction...
