There is no explicit funding component. It was stated Telsa was willing negotiate to support CXO Stage 3,
Key word is support = a discount
CXO no longer need support so why the discount.
A near term miner signing a discounted OT for support they don't need in the forseeable future will make CXO a laughing stock at best or games are being played by members of BOD angling for a plumb role at Tesla at holders expense.
