Just to continue the same line of speculation - it would actually make sense (especially if these VIPs were at Core HQ yesterday) that they've spent yesterday/today nutting out the details. There's nothing stopping the parties from either executing an agreement or extending again after hours today and then releasing an Ann one way or the other tomorrow. They can't release an update before they have the news, and these timelines (terms sheet vailidity dates) are self-imposed so it's not like Core are in breach of disclosure rules until they have a firm update.

I don't think it can necessarily be interpreted as either good or bad yet that we didn't hear today. IMO though, if the deal was definitely off, then they'd have an obligation to disclose and would have updated the market by now. So to me tomorrow does make sense if it's come down to the wire, which it often does. We get the fun of last night's anticipation all over again...
