I was concidering Trading CXO, when We Hit $ 2.00 plus.
I was trying to figure out the Tax consequences, for this Idea.
I decided to Simplify the equation, and this is what I come up with.

Buy 1 Share, $ .05 Keep it for 1 Year.

That Share is worth $ 2.05.

You Sell it, Making $ 2.00 after CGT, You Pay Tax on $ 1.00

30 % Tax = $ .30

I have to Buy The Share back, Cheaper than $ 1.75, before I end up in front, after Tax.

I understand, a 2000 % gain, is not normal, but it is CXO.

Does this look Right?

This has totally changed My Mind.
I figure Now, to Make a Trade Viable, I have to Buy in, around $ 1.50

This might help a couple others, that might be thinking the same thing.
