I agree.

Mcquarie needs to be pulled up on this. I think I will send an email today to the company requesting that a statement is immediately put out confirming that we are on schedule and that Mcquarie are incorrect on their assertions.

Personally, if I were in the companies shoes, I would be having my legal team reach out to them with a cease and desist and to immediately and publicly retract the false statement. This is deformation based on nothing and arguably could be interpreted as deliberately misleading the market if their positions have changed in our registry to their advantage.

In the meantime, there is more and more evidence coming out calling out Goldmans predictions and Credit Suisse's suggestions of "rumors" as false and misleading. Hopefully people will realise they've been shaken off the tree and get back on before its next up leg.
