I think that is a very good point.The timing of the capital raise seems to indicate that something is "" off"".For example, their first shipment of DSO is immenent and appears to be at a good price. This alone would be a catalyst for a share price rise and hence a good time to do capital raise.The purpose of the capital raise didn't indicate" urgency" to do it when they did..Thoughts?
