I disagree it means somthing is "off". CXO told us it was for drilling and LOM plus getting to market ASAP so we can cash in on the high Spod prices.
My concerns are around the way it seemed to have leaked out so the BEOT had time to push us down and short the SP. We may have only got the $1.03 because of that when we could have gotten more. In anycase, I don't see the CR as a bad thing but the way it played out was a bit messy.
