Correct Kiwi, so why lease the port? Last centuries' political "buzz word" was economics. This centuries' "buzz word" is security. I can hear alarm bells ringing & see many, many red flags. However it's out of my hands & as usual the retail investor lives in hope on this one. The port owner will certainly need the business. Hong Kong's the perfect bellwether, imo. gltah.
