An ASX Listed entity has a regulated requirement under the Listing Rules to keep the market informed and where a published untruth it is essential that the company move immediately to issue a statement correcting/ updating the market.
As a fact, until doing so - the market is uninformed ... sounds like CXO management have little nouce on the nuances of such implications ...
