In my view, there are many cases recently where the CXO and senior mangement seem to lose perspective and think that as long as the Board are comfortable with the way matters may be run or handled regarding rumors or outright (false) publications in the marketplace - the actual OWNERS of the Company are the SH's and it is the SH's that management have a compact with to ensure that they (the SH's) are FULLY informed as is the ASX market overall ...
