Given GS appears to be consistently materially misrepresenting, misstating, etc CXO fundamentals and company information there must come a point where the company considers taking some action. For example could they not exclude GS from all company analyst briefings etc. it’s not like GS are accurately using that material now in their anavlst reports but it may then be clearer to the market that their reports are uninformed twaddle! A difference of opinion is one thing but this consistent behaviour seems to now be go far beyond that. Such a total of integrity should have consequences..
