Sean Buxton also runs a private Australian Mining company since 2002 that services mining industry (Buxton Innicon). IMO I prefer to have a project manager that is fully dedicated to CXO and not waste his time on side-gig. I see this as a positive announcement and another masterstroke from Gareth.
