Banter and general comments, page-19262

In a very rare experience for me I'm hoping the SP drops about 7-8 cents in one of my stocks.
Never been so keen to see a gap filled ($1.075 area) so we can do a shepherd and "get the
flock outta here".

I've just earlier tossed in orders of 20k @ $1.14 and 15k @ $1.09 so they'll hopefully fill on the
way down, then we can get this gravy train back on the rails.

My exit strategy is a slow exit over many years (depending upon circumstances yet unknown).
The above parcels are a short term (up to 4-6 months) to take advantage of the current low SP
price, sell them at about $2.00 - $2.20 and spread the profits from that, in my largest holding at
around 400k shares (post my current bids being filled) over a few other stocks (below) as they
start to come to the boil next year.

I plan to sell another 50k this time next year in the $2.30 - $3.00 range (or better) to buy a mighty
gas-guzzling 10-speed auto V8 Mustang (in either bright orange with tiger stripe decals OR maybe
the brilliant bright green 2020 shade with black highlights) and give some cash to my kids towards
their mortgages.

From there, I'll be looking to sell maybe 100k more in about 2026-27 (at an estimated $5.00 - $7.00
to smash into the kid's mortgages some more and help my kid brother ease into a comfy retirement
just like mine.

The remaining 200k will hopefully earn me a handy 10% dividend per year on maybe $6.00 SP (or
about $120,000 less the tax man's share which he's welcome to). Every stage is subject to change
depending on circumstances at the time.

By that stage I anticipate dividends coming in from DRE, WR1, ARU and MNB as well.

That's how I see it.
