One thing the video references only in passing is that the overall number of cars in the world is increasing. As the citizens of China, India, Indonesia become more wealthy the number of cars per family will increase. Most first world countries have over 750 cars per 1000 people. There are 2.5 billion people there and over the next 10 years they will have far more cars, and of course EVs as well).The future looks really good for us. Why worry. Hang in there."

Anyway - the reason I posted the video is not to answer the question about whether lithium is running out, but to show the dynamics of supply and demand for lithium, from a source that seems competent, to answer all the naysayers that think lithium and EVs are a mistake.
