How do you win against a company like state street, they have been charged hundreds of millions in penalties for fraud and worse yet they are still allowed to trade on the asx? Admittedly they where found to have illegally charged clients additional fees in excess of $290 million, and received a $115 million fine? Where is the disincentive in that? They still made $175 million, completely rigged in favour of these big companies.
