Thanks for the clarification Raj, as Cargo is sold on Fob basis by Cxo, buyer provides vessel.This vessel is in Ballast from Vietnam and as you say could load 2 hatches in Darwin with Spod and then proceed to another Port to fully load for the Charterers or simply proceed to destination with the part cargo..
