Below is from the original Yahua offtake agreement back in Dec 1st 2017 and would have expired Nov 1st last year as it was the earlier of the two.
The Offtake Agreement ends on the earlier of Core having supplied 1Mt of DSO to Yahua, or 5 years, and may be extended by mutual agreement between Core and Yahua.
In 2019 Yahua changed offtake amount and the expiry date moved to Nov 1st 2023 , at that point Yahua has first rights on what will be a new contract and I doubt that will have a ceiling if they wish to retain it...
