Do not under any circumstances under-estimate the ability for major corporations to acquire and co-ordinate a (hostile) T/O on "controlling" anything above abou 20% of the share capital. I have personally experienced T/o's succeeding by foreign corporations at equal to the current share price - no premium !! The Takeovers Panel were a complete disgrace at the time aboy 12 yrs ago despit the tareget demonstrating overt "warehousing".
This why i have never understood LTH saying I am OK as I bought at say 4-6c ... althought its only your "Opportunity loss" that is affected ...
To some today - it will noetheless be huge ...
