When it comes to talk regarding a possible TO, and anything’s possible with such a shorting attack, however I’ve been thinking about the following.
One thing that could stand in the way of a TO should it be attempted in the future is the past Govt backing of our project. Even if another Oz company attempted this move on us it could be interesting. This could prove to be a major hurdle with projects like ours in Darwin. Also Govt intervention regarding Sovereign risk protection is becoming a real thing globally with Lithium assets.
