Agreed but to happen, the board/mgt will need to work much harder and rebuild the confidence, trust in the market.

Stephen departed (though known)
Simon followed (Surprised, couldn't work along Gareth)
More people, experts had also left (since Gareth joined)
Tesla's breakup
Production delay short attack (no response)
Poor, no media engagement (last was from Simon in late Sep)
We invest, we own CXO more or less , not the board.
No point, stupidly to defend if they don't do their jobs probably at our expenses.
Look what happened to Twitter since Elon took over and lost the main drivers.
In comparison, Stephen has recently joined another ASX Lithium explorer (Canada assets)..
Have a look at its price trend since he came on board. Not here to cross promote. I have been investing on/off on that explorer since IPO.
We need a new board and new leader, CEO if Gareth can't get this right and/or SP keeps falling.
