Anyone can partake in the aftermarket auction.
I do regularly with mixed results.
Cupla rules:
1. Watch the auction closely
2. Have a plan.
3. Be fast.
4. It's a game to some and they're freaking good at it.
5 Be prepared to be smashed by algos.
But it is good when you pull your trade off.
