higher low on offer today - attached with good volume could be a very indicative technical signal, i think subject to a big market retrace, lithium is bottom now , ofcourse some stocks have rallied early (i.e AGY) but companies like CXO have pent up value to be factored into shareprice... Soon to be selling SC6 and we should have commissioning headlines to excite the market
Insto's are in at $1.03 for 100m so we know we have value
