    I suspect buyers are reluctant to buy much of CXO ATM because of the high short % combined with zero news out of the company. IMO that combo makes people question if CXO has a problem they are not telling us about and the shorts know somthing we do not. I think it will pop and shorts will cover if we get some good news...till then i think we are price bound. DYOR.
