Smart money is institutions like big investment banks who spend people’s funds …. I was referring to PLS & SYA which are so close to overbought condition…. Not CXO ( would have to rally for a week or two to get to overbought condition)….
Overbought condition doesn’t always mean price will drop sharply… a pull back and then go upward is possible…
