yeah had a couple of bad timing sell’s … when I’ve needed the money … the biggest one was helping my Daughter into her own house and selling a mill at 4.6c for deposit in October 2020 … that turned to shite too ..bad decision on my part ,( I ended up with a mortgage I don’t particularly want and 2 squatters ) and probably done a few other bad timing sell’s , but it’s always the way .. it will be down when you need the doh and up when you don’t.. but I’ve held enough for a decent size “ nest egg “ so all good
