I'm not sure about the accuracy of at least one of the images showing children mining cobalt that is captioned "These children produce lithium for your electric car." As others have noted, what is the point of sharing images with falsified captions?
Based on the website below, it would appear the original creator of the picture shared has taken the image appearing on at least 3 years ago on Quora article commenting on among other things Cobalt mining. The original author having found this image added the lithium related comment. Clearly the original creator doesn't care about facts, and are just interested in creating click-bait and trying to create false information about lithium. Hopefully I haven't been double-fooled on the Quora website!!
