    i disagree. there are number of reasons tesla deal stalled. one being there was no material excess finished goods we could allocate, in the immediate to short term. piedmont deal was just done. thats bring it into the realm of immediate term.
    they could also have tried their hand on less favourable terms with us, then changed approach to piedmont. not cut and dry.
