    If so, Primero's (the engineering group responsible for CXO's DMS facility) parent company NRW Holdings (NWH) would then likely be also due to provide an announcement on the progress of the DMS facility.

    Might be taking extra time to come up with an annoucement both parties are happy with, especially if something brewing with 'another plant down the road.'
