All I know is we have an unconditional contract with Ganfeng as per announcements with no ceiling mentioned but the price is referenced to the market . So effectively there is a ceiling relating to the market. Which should be multiples of our feasibility allowance. There was a ceiling mentioned in previous announcements with the Yahua agreement. I believe it will be a similar agreement to Ganfengs. Both Chinese companies now hold exactly the same amount of shares which appears very coincidental.
I am not sure where the re-negotiation has been advised
I think there should be more disclosure from the outset as I think it will be favourable and then we would'nt have had the issue with GS.
