    The geology of the Finniss deposit is very easy to manage (I believe it has something to do with the lower levels of impurities)
    Most other resources require further processing.
    Finniss ore only requires a simple gravity fed processing plant - should be relatively (compared to other DMS plants) easy to set up another one.
