I don't think CXO has ever been big on announcements. Announcements were fairly scant in detail - compared to some companies
The announcement on the plant will not come until they have done a high percentage of commissioning completed. AGY announced at 90% commissioned. That could be 3 or 4 weeks. Who knows.
Overall though I don't think we have had a chance to judge Gareth yet. He has been dropped in it and has to do the hard work now. Not Mr Biggins.
Gareth appears to be more of a straight-down-the-line, methodical person . I've got a hunch that the Chairman is probably calling most of the big decisions at this stage.
I don't think CXO has ever been big on announcements....
