90 days ago with SP 1.60+ CXO rated a strong buy on my broker site, now at under $1 it is rated a moderate sell. What has changed? The are 3 analysts with this year at top end eps of 3 cent a share, next year low end 3 cent, middle 20 cent, high 21. I’m not getting this price action atm, why have the brokers down graded?
